2. Take your items and label to the nearest FedEx® or Kinko’s location featuring FedEx® shipping for free overnight shipping.
3. When we receive your platinum, we will appraise it and call you with an offer within 24 hours.
4. If you are satisfied, we will mail you a check. Or you can have your payment deposited directly to your bank account.
*Be sure to call us if you have large, bulk or extremely valuable items, and we will have a courier service handle the shipping for you.
Q. Does PlatinumPaq cost anything?
A. The process is 100% Free.
Our free service will also insure the contents of your PlatinumPaq up to $100.00 as explained on our Terms and Conditions page.
Q. What if my PlatinumPaq gets lost on the way back to you?
A. Your PlatinumPaq is insured while traveling through the U.S. Mail.
As described in our Terms and Conditions, the insurance maximum PlatinumPaq will cover is $100.00 per Paq.
You can track your PlatinumPaq at any time using our handy TraqPaq service.
*We urge our customers to insure their items beyond the $100 maximum if they are worth more.
Q. What if I’m sending pricey, large quantities or odd shaped items?
A. Give us a call 1-877-465-3720 and we’ll provide an overnight courier to pick them up.
As long as it is a precious metal or stone we want to buy it, so we’ll help you get it to us.
Q. How will I know when you get my PlatinumPaq?
A. You can always track the status of your PlatinumPaq and payment via our website.

*Our customers should be advised that the U.S. Postal Service can take up to 7 days to deliver your PlatinumPaq to us and to deliver our payment back to you.
Q. What does payment within 24 hours mean?
A. We’ll make you an offer within 24 hours of receiving your platinum items, if you accept we will issue payment right away.
You will get paid either via check or by direct deposit to the bank account of your choice.
Q. What if I don’t like what you offer me and want my items back?
